Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders will ship 3-5 business days after order is placed. But in most cases, items will ship faster.

• Please read product descriptions for addition shipping information. Some products could be pre-order or sold before stock is officially in.
• Business Days are Monday - Friday from 9am - 3pm. If an item is purchased between Friday at 3pm and Sunday, Monday is the first business day. 
• Some items from the RTD LFE Collection could take 2-3 days longer to process.

Shipping

All items are shipped USPS from Atlanta, Georgia. Shipping time begins after the customer receives the tracking number.

First Class Shipping - 3-5 business days

• All orders 16 oz or smaller are eligible for first class shipping.

Standard Shipping - 2-3 business days.

• All orders over 1 lb. will be shipped Priority with USPS. Please see the photo below to see how long your order will take after it is shipped from our hub in Atlanta.

Free shipping is via USPS Ground service and applies to orders shipping to Contiguous U.S. addresses only.

USPS delivery days are Monday through Saturday (do not count Sunday when calculating delivery times).
