Shipping policy

All orders are prepped and shipped out of our location in Atlanta, Georgia. Once an order is placed, you will receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. We ship with USPS so most orders will arrive within 2-3 days after shipping, sometimes sooner.

Please contact USPS if you do not recieve your order and tracking has indicated that they did recieve the package at some point. All packages are insured. 

We can resend orders if a case is opened with USPS and they are unable to locate the package.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted at this time. An exchange can be made on an item if it hasn't been worn and we are notified within 5 days of delivery.

The customer will need to cover postage on returns. Once the item is received, the new size will be sent.

Garment Care

Use the instructions on the garment for cleaning. In most cases, washing in cold to warm water and the gentle cycle will give the best results. Most items are made with preshrunk ring spun cotton so there should only be about 5% shrinkage. Hang dry shirts for best shrinkage results. 

Wholesale Inquiries

We do offer wholesale pricing to businesses that provide us with their EIN number. We also offer special pricing to churches for bulk orders. Please email service@stainedglassapparel.com.
